Guided Journal
The practice of daily journaling has been found to increase your IQ, evoke mindfulness, achieve goals, increase emotional intelligence, reduce stress, boost memory, strengthen self-confidence and improve your communication skills. It's good for us, but not always easy to know where to start.
We partnered with a licensed therapist to provided you with a "guided" journaling experience. There are 9 categories/topics with a page of suggested journaling prompts based on those topics. All you need to do is pick the area you'd like to focus on, then work your way through the prompts.
The journal has enough paper (100 sheets) to allow you to pick your prompt and turn the page to immediately begin writing. Choose from one of our three designs. As always, if you'd like a different cover, just let us know.
